Very Cool Adjustable Length Gold Tone with Tiny Rhinestone Vintage Necklace/Choker
Three small petals, each with a tiny clear rhinestone are the links that when placed together form the gold tone necklace. The cool thing about this vintage jewelry piece is the detachable 'extension' that can be worn on or off the necklace. The extension is actually formed from three rows of the triple petal links that are exactly like those that make up the necklace, I tried to show this in the photograph, it is very unique and one of the reasons I love vintage so much, finding, owning and sharing cool stuff that we don't see everyday in the stores. The gold of the petals is ribbed to a matte finish and tiny gold 'stems' are actually worked into these petals on top of which sits the tiny rhinestones like little flower heads. Close examination reveals a great deal of workmanship in this lovely little vintage necklace/choker. Unique and lovely, here for your collection.
Condition: Very Good. Boy would I like to say 'excellent' but with three missing rhinestones, two in the extension piece which is at the very back of the necklace, and one at the lower front right side, I simply can't. You could have a jeweler take one more rhinestone from the extension and place it in the front so that all three missing stones are at the back of the necklace when the extension is in place and of course when the extension is not attached, no missing rhinestones at all!
