Exquisite Silk Camisole with Lace Trim - c. 1930's
To find a lovely vintage silk camisole from the 1930's in this condition is rare to say the least. Made of a beautiful celedon silk and trimmed with nude lace, this camisole is beautiful enough to be worn out as a blouse. Nip it in at the waist with the ties in back and pair it with a flowy skirt. The two front panels covering the bust are very sheer so be creative and the back is slit open from the neckline down to the empire seam; put this piece in its rightful place, out in the world for all to see and admire, so alluring and demure it is absolutely beautiful and a very special vintage piece.
Condition: Excellent for its age. There are only one or two very tiny spots on the lower front and a little bit of faded red lipstick perhaps on the front left panel, very faint as if it was brushed up against the camisole as it was being put on.
