1940's Periwinkle and Charcoal Gray Plaid Wool Flannel Blazer, R&K Original
Just look at the buttons and the silhouette and you will know this 1940's blazer is something special. A wool flannel blazer in a small plaid print of periwinkle and charcoal gray, it buttons up the front for a snug, nipped-in-the-waist fit with the coolest buttons I've seen in a long time, they just don't get any better than this, try as they might. The 40's was an awesome time for flaunting the girlish figure, and with this one, you don't need a figure of your own, this blazer does it all for you, don't you just love that, it's implied! And why can't we enjoy today, what our designers new then, the proper fit for the perfect look. 'For the girl who knows clothes', a phrase found on R & K Original labels more recently (if you consider the 1950's recent), perhaps they should say, 'for the girl who knows what to wear to look fabulous'. They new it then and we know it still so here it is for you to find out.
