AMAZING C. 1940's Hand Beaded Cinch Waist Vintage Blazer by Rauch

Astonishing really is this 1940's rare vintage blazer by Rauch in a most beautiful celedon color, looks to be made of wool gaberdine, it is seamed and pleated all around for a snug fit and fully lined, of course. This blazer is hand beaded with seed pearls, tiny faceted clear rhinestones, elongated pearls and clear glass seed beads, all wound around into a beautiful free flowing motif. Two of the beaded motifs appear on this blazer, one on the lapel and one on the hip pocket. Fabric covered buttons with pearl centers are perfect down the front, and yes, all the buttons are there; we didn't want to force the bottom button through the button hole, it is a very tight hole and seems as if the button has never been pushed through, but it will go with a little effort, we wanted you to be the first. We simply can't say enough about this awesome vintage blazer, it is just perfect.

From The Ballroom Dancer Collection.

Condition: Excellent. There is a tiny pin prick-like abrasion in the fabric at the seam on the right side where the sleeve attaches to the bodice.
Measurements: Bust 39", Waist 30", Sleeve Length 19", Blazer Length 24".
