Vintage Embroidered Silk Jacket, Floral Embroidered Jacket
Fantastic Embroidered Flowers cover the entire surface of this Asian Vintage Silk Jacket front, back, sleeves and collar. The cinnamon, melon and champagne tones of the flowers and vines pop from the charcoal background so you can appreciate each and every stitch that went into the artistry on this jacket.
Styled with a shawl collar and deep opening, the jacket closes with two covered buttons that push through silk loops. The long sleeves are cuffed. Fully lined in soft cream silk.
Condition: Excellent, with underarm staining on just the lining, not on the outside shell which we show in the last image (the black dots you see in this photo are stitches done with black thread, not holes). We recommend a dry cleaning or replacing this part of the lining. I see a loose thread in the embroidery on one of the stems on the right shoulder.
