ADORABLE Vintage Irish Wool Fringed and Tiered with Pom Poms Drawstring Flapper Mini Tunic Sweater
Very cute and fun Irish Wool mini tunic sweater has almost a flapper feel to it with the ruffled tiers at the hem. The body of the sweater is comprised of rows of flat interlocking loops that alternate with a nubby popcorn stitch creating a pattern of smooth that alternates with texture. The looped or closed fringe tiers at the hem are mimicked at the sleeves. A drawstring is threaded into the weave at the drop waist and can be pulled tight to cinch in the sweater. The drawstrings end with the cutest pom poms!!! All these design elements work in perfect harmony to create a look that transcends the ages stylistically from the flapper 20's to, when paired with black tights and platforms or boots, the mod 60's.
Unlined, pulls on over the head and closes at the neck with one button.
Condition: Excellent. There are some yellowy small spots in the front that are a few shades darker than the yarn. Might be remedied with a dry cleaning, wearable as is, not perfect but not far from perfect!
