Black Chiffon Evening Blouse with Accordian Pleat Detail at Neck and Cuffs
If you want to go with sexy but not reveal everything, this is the blouse. The lining underneath is halter style, full in front scooping around low in the back to reveal skin through the chiffon at the upper portion of the back and sleeves, again as a halter top would look. The neckline is 'V' shaped in front and accented with a double row of pleated chiffon also found in a single application at the sleeve endings. A peplum drops from the waist line and the blouse zips up the back. Beautiful when worn with evening pants or slim skirt for a quiet sophisticated look; a must-have to supplement any wardrobe, vintage or contemporary.
