Condition: The thin spagetti straps are fraying at the top. The thin chiffon layer is pulling away from the lining at the arm openings, could probably be basted or pressed down with a very light fabric adhesive.
Measurements: Bust 34", Waist 25", Hips Full, Length 43". Check you measurements, small waist, probably best on a modern size 2.
