1970s Light Aqua Blue with Silver Metallic Lame Two Piece Vintage Knit Dress; Skirt & Sweater

We said it before and we'll say it again, we love knit dressing. Why? Mainly because of the fit. The tight weave of this two piece 1970s vintage knit ensemble, skirt and sweater will hold its shape as it already has over the years. We especially like the 'cut' of the sweater with a square neckline, ribbed nipped-in waist and wide 'cuffs' at the wrists. The skirt is not gathered for a smooth look that wears almost like an "A' line as it gently flows out toward the bottom. The silver metallic threads add a lovely contrast and elegance to the light aqua weave. You truly can't go wrong with knit dressing, especially a tighter weave such as this.

Condition: Excellent. Tightly woven knit, does not have the appearance of machine knit, but looks more organic and not perfect, how a hand-knit garment would appear. The stitching is certainly even, but looks hand-stitched.
Measurements: Sweater - Bust 37", Waist 28", Sleeve Length 22", Sweater Length 20". Skirt - Waist to 29", Hips fee, Length 28 1/2".
