1970's Long Glass Bead Fringe Fully Sequined Scoop Back Flapper Dress
This dress embodies a Rare and Unique interpretation on the Flapper Dress. It is fully sequined, has large jewel tone faceted beads around the neckline and features really long strands of fringe at the shoulder blades in the rear and along the bottom in three rows all the way around. It is very cool. The jewel tone beads and gold lame roping at the neckline is very grecian looking. A fantastice vintage flapper dress.
The dress is fully lined and zips up the rear with a nylon zipper.
Condition: Excellent. On the long strands at the top of the back the bugle beads are sliding toward the bottom of the silk thread so that the black silk shows at the top (you can see this in the images of the rear of the dress). The strands could be tightened at the bottom so that the beads are starting at the tippy top but this is just the natural order of gravity so we have left it alone. A few of the fringe at the bottom have lost their beads, we left the threads in place in case you want to string beads on them, otherwise these can be left alone or properly removed.
