1950's Vintage Bombshell Cocktail Party Dress! The inner strapless bustier bodice is boned and tailored for a snug fit, over this is a light and airy chiffon loose overlay that has a key hole opening in the back. The cummerbund waist cinches in for an hourglass fit. The bubble skirt is decorated with swirling ribbon tie and scattered sequins. A truly amazing dress in awesome condition by Edward Abbott.
The dress is beautifully made; boned bodice, fully lined, inner attached taffeta skirt, tulling underneath for fullness in the skirt, it zips up the rear with a metal zipper.
Condition: Excellent. A snag in the chiffon in the bust on the right outerlayer that is over the black bustier so barely detectable but need to disclose. Purchased from the original owner.
