Awesome black crushed velvet vintage mini dress with bright embroidered trim on the sleeves and hem. The dress falls free from under the empire waist just under the breast to a gentle A-line skirt that is finished in a bright colored trim and groovy fringe.

Length 35". We actually took this dress up from a longer length leaving a 4" hem should you wish to lengthen it.
