1950's Strapless Lace Shelf Bust Plaid Full Skirt Plaid Chiffon Teen Prom Party Dress
1950's Red, White and Blue Plaid Chiffon Full Skirt Prom Dress is built for a teen, see measurements. The Shelf-bust is covered with reinforced embroidered lace and then underlined with a bright red velvet ribbon attached at the bottom of the bust. The skirt is very full with a ruffled tiered tulle underskirt, a white taffeta middle layer and then the plaid chiffon on top. So totally fun and cute, this dress is screaming take me out and dance!
It zips up the side with a metal zipper and the bodice is boned. The label inside reads, "Young Cosmopolitans, Best & Co".
Condition: Excellent with darkening in some areas on the lace. And it looks like the prior owner added some lace appliques of her own onto the bodice near the underarms, she matched it well and we don't mind this one bit.
