MOD Chiffon Beaded Babydoll Dress Robin's Egg Blue, 60s/70s Cocktail Dress

This is a very fun vintage 60's Babydoll Gown, great Robin's Egg Blue Color and amazing silhouette. The beading is spectacular with plastic marbleized white petals surrounding clear faceted rhinestones and made dimensional with loops of clear seed beads.....LOVE IT! Trimmed around the bodice with round clear faceted beads, this is a true beauty. The soft light-as-air chiffon falls from the tiny gathers at the fitted empire waist, flirting at the ankles in whisps of sheer color.

Fashioned with three layers, starting from the inside with a crepe (synthetic nylon feel) and over this are two layers of sheer chiffon (silk like but could be synthetic). The dress zips up the rear with a nylon zipper and has a union label.

The stitched store label reads,'in Connecticut it's the French Shop'.

Condition: Excellent. In the close up images you can see at the waist there appears to be two round beads missing, I don't believe they were ever there as there are no loose threads to indicated that a bead fell off. On close inspection I see a tiny snag in the chiffon up against one of the beads at the waist (teeny tiny).
